After receving your request you will shortly receive an official confirmation of your booking request.

 Reservations become final only after receipt, within seven days, of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price. Payment may be effected by bank transfer with the remettee clearly legible and addressed to Podere Jana.

The balance must be paid later at check-in cash or credit Card.

Finally please, consider  if you won't come and the reservation  for  some reason  must be cancelled, we will refund the whole amount of your   30%  advance payment , if you communicate the failure to arrive within 60 days before the date of your arrival.

On the contrary, in case you won't come and the reservation will be cancelled we will keep the entire amount of your 30% advance payment, if you fail to arrive and you  don't communicate the failure to arrive within 60 days before the date of your arrival.

 Upon delivery of the keys a deposit of € 200 will be required, which is returned at the time of departure.
